A business that values integrity and their customers needs. I had another company quote me over $2,400 dollars for termite damage on my backyard fence. Trying to scare me into a 1 year contract with them with monthly fees. I called Samuel to get a second opinion. He was shocked by the other companies claims and gave me an honest answer and suggestions for the future because as of now the service was not absolutely needed. He came out less then 24 hrs after I called him to take a look and didn't even try to make money from it. Any further pest control services I need I will make sure to call Omega Pest Control. A real local small business that doesn't have pushy sales or scare tactics to make a profit off their customers. I had services with Orkin and Moxie.... I wish I never wasted my time and went straight to Samuel. Thank you so much! ~ M B

I am very pleased there are no more fleas! Omega Pest Controll LLC (Samuel) was recommended to me by a neighbor and he really came through. Before receiving the recommendation, I contacted Orkin and was quoted almost $400 and was called constantly for a week after receiving the quote. I called Samuel and he was at my house the next day! He completed the job in 30 minutes and for almost half the price. I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone I can. He is very professional, honest, works fast, and even offers a 3 month warranty (not that I think I will need it, I have yet to see any fleas since the treatment and it has been 2 weeks or so) ~ Priscilla W

Samuel was very punctual and was communicative with me about his appointment time via text messages and phone calls. He performed an in-depth examination of inside/outside of my home. He ended up setting traps and laying poison in areas where he would believe the mice would get caught/killed. I have confidence that his efforts and expertise will get rid of the mice that I have in my home. I would recommend him to anyone that doesn't want to be just another "number" to an orkin or terminix type of franchise pest control company. I paid $150 and if this gets rid of my mice and spider crickets then it's well worth the money. ~ D M

We just relocated from Guam so bugs are not something we freak out over but with 3 kids we do need to keep them out of our home, safely and effectively. Samuel came out as soon as weather allowed and gave the whole house a good look over before telling me his plan. We had ants making there way in from a hole somewhere near a window that was tough to spot. He got the job done and was true to his quote. A few weeks and some good rain later, our front door began giving us issues. The wet wood was attracting ants and we don't need that mess. I called Sam and he was surprised that the ants had moved from the back to the front until I explained about the door. He came out THE NEXT DAY and made quick work of accessing the situation and coming upon with a plan. Zero additional charge as he stands by his warranty even though the issue was a different spot in the home. Great guy, great service. Highly recommend. ~ Megan P

Samuel was very professional and provided excellent service. I had an issue with little black ants both downstairs and in an upstairs bathroom as well as bees in the front of my house. I have small children and a dog in the house, so I was concerned about the insecticide but he provided a safe and effective solution. Even when ants returned after a week, he came back, at no cost, to take care of the issue. He even sprayed my side yard to ensure the job was done well. Samuel provides friendly, professional and thorough service and truly stands by his warranty. I highly recommend using Omega for any pest issues. ~ Matt M

Also **CASH ONLY** Follow up to my review: It's been about 3 weeks and everything has been great. Samuel told me it would take a few days to kill all the bugs completely. I was worried after the 4th day still seeing them, but after the 5th day and until now I haven't seen a single bug! Sam the owner with Omega Pest Control is simply the best. I realized our issue at 11am, he was at my house by noon. He treated the issue, explained everything thoroughly, and had above and beyond customer service. His level of professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail outshines any conpany I have ever used. Sam will be my go to with my rental properties. Even though we saw only a single cockroach, Sam was there in less than an hour to inspect our kitchen. Not only did he assure us we have no problem, he identified and clear pest control products left from previous owners. These items could have harmed our pets, and we wouldn’t have know about them without Sam’s help. Finally, he didn’t even charge us for this inspection. Very honest company. They provided excellent service at a good price. Upon call back for an additional treatment for what I thought was a roach he was honest and told me it was only a beetle when he could have easily taken advantage.
